The corporate culture of a company consists of a combination of the people who work at the company, their personal characteristics, values and personalities. If you work with uninteresting, uninspired people with low motivation, the corporate culture of the workplace is very unlikely to be positive or conducive to growth. This is why it is so important to find a career that not only suits your personal values and talents, but also has people that you would like to be around for most of the day. People that you would like to work with, can only be defined by you, as everyone has different preferences of people, they would like to surround themselves with.
The last thing you want to do is to end up in a monotone job that pays the bills, but you have no potential for growth, both professionally or personally. If you end up here, you will become frustrated, bored and will not find your career rewarding.
During your career journey, you might find yourself in a position where you are comfortable with the work you are doing, what skills you are attaining and you might get along well with the people that you work with, but you are not getting a market related salary. If you are not being paid the amount that you should be according to your experience and your qualifications, it will not make a difference how much you enjoy your job and the people you work with, ultimately you will become dissatisfied with your career situation.
